Preparation with milk:
Half milk porridge (after the 4th month): Give 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml of water in a pot and bring to the boil. Allow to cool down to about 50C. Put into a plate and add 22 g (5-6 tablespoons) Organic Millet Whole Grain Porridge. Stir and allow to cool down to eating temperature (37°C).

Preparation with infant formula (after the 4th month): Prepare 170 ml infant formula of your choice (according to the relevant instructions). Allow to cool down to about 50°C. Put on a plate and add 17 g (4 - 5 tablespoons) Organic Millet Whole Grain Porridge. Stir and allow to cool down to eating temperature (37°C).

Preparation without milk:
Milk free porridge (after the 4th month): Boil 180 ml of water and allow to cool down to about 50°C. Put on a plate and add 22 g (5-6 tablespoons) Organic Millet Whole Grain Porridge. Stir and allow to cool down to eating temperature (37°C).

Application Holle Organic Milk Cereal with Millet:

Boil 130 ml and allowed to cool down to about 50 å¡C. Transfer to a plate and stir in 40 g of organic banana porridge (4 - 5 tablespoons). Stir, let cool to serving temperature (about 37 å¡C) - done.
